animated cards. To download this plugin for free,

Back to Questions
Did you check and re-check the email address you
used for your recipient on your card? Ninety-nine
percent of all cards that do not reach their recipients
are due to mistyped email addresses. Our network
sees hundreds of bounced mails to @oal.com, @ol.com,
@hotamil.com, @pordigy.com, @yhaoo.com and @msn.vom,
etc. Other reasons include:
1. Recipient's mail server could be down. It happens
with all from time to time.
2. Recipient uses an e-mail account with storage
limit, and at the time you sent your card had
a full mailbox. It happens often on AOL, WebTV
network, Hotmail, as well as other various free
mail services.
Storing email addresses in your address book
is a great way to avoid mistyping email addresses.
Also, we recommend that you always send
a copy of the card to yourself, so that in the
event your recipient(s) do not receive it, you
can give them the Card ID number and they can
enter it into the pickup window.
Back to Questions
Most likely, you left the box, "Send Me a
Copy" checked, and the card was not only
mailed to your recipient(s), but to you as well.
The copy of the card and email you receive will
be addressed to you, and will not state that it
is a copy. Don't panic -- check with your recipient(s)
to see that she got the card; more than likely,
she did.

Back to Questions
Yes, She Cards used to offer free electronic greeting.
After much planning and decision making, however,
Neon Carrot Productions, the parent company of
She Cards, concluded that it could not sustain
the level of quality and regular enhancement that
our users deserve without building in a means
of additional revenue to sustain such enhancements
and level of quality. As such, She Cards became
a paid subscription site, and no longer offers
free electronic greetings.
