SUBMIT YOUR ARTWORK

Have you got a camera and a good eye? She Cards wants your photos! Any images of multicultural couples or women are a plus! We're paying $25 per photo that we decide to use on She Cards, so break out that camera, grab some models, and start shooting!
Here are some basics that you'll need to know before you submit any of your work:

• You can submit your photos either via the form below or via snail mail.
  
  
• Photos that are submitted online through the form below must be in .jpg format only, and be a minimum of 640x480 pixels. If you have more than three photos to submit, please compress them into one zip file and upload it that way instead of submitting multiple emails.
  
  
• Photos that are submitted via US Postal mail should not be less than 4x6 inches in size. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope in with your photos, in the event that we do not use them for She Cards and you would like them returned to you. Please include your name, your email address, your postal address, and a telephone number where you can be reached with your photos. Mail all information in a sturdy envelope to:

Below are the terms and conditions of submitting your photos for use on our web site. Please read through them carefully, as your submission of any artwork constitutes that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions!

Terms and Conditions of Art Work Submissions

• If she Cards decides to use your art work on our site (http://www.shecards.net), Neon Carrot Productions (the sole proprietor of She Cards) will pay you $25 for each image we use.
  
  
• In the event that we use some, one, or all of the images you submit, you will retain the copyrights to all works.
  
  
• By accepting payment for your artwork, you agree to allow Neon Carrot Productions to display representations of your work, whether in its whole or altered form, on its subsidiary web sites, for electronic greetings, advertisement and promotion purposes, and other electronic media as it sees fit.
  
  
• By accepting payment for your artwork from Neon Carrot Productions, you agree that Neon Carrot Productions retains the sole right to use said artwork to display on or in any electronic media, stantionery, and/or other ephemera. Submitting said artwork to any other company, agency, corporation, or organization for any stationery, electronic media, or other ephemera purposes shall be considered a breach of this agreement, unless prior alternative arrangements are made between you and the representatives of Neon Carrot Productions.
  
  
• Decisions to use any and all submissions are at the sole discretion of Neon Carrot Productions and its employees. We reserve the right to reject submissions of any artwork, for any reason we deem fit.
  
  
• Any photos, negatives, or other printed media representations of your artwork that are submitted via US postal mail will not be returned to you. In the event that we decide not to use your artwork for She Cards, Neon Carrot Productions will return your photos, negatives, or other printed media only if a self-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage to mail the material(s) was provided by you with your submission.
  
  
• By accepting payment for your artwork from Neon Carrot Productions, you consent that Neon Carrot Productions retains sole rights to determine how said artwork is used on its subsidiary sites, if at all. Placement, integration, and alteration of your artwork for the purposes of incorporation into other forms of electronic media, as well as duration of exposure or placement, are at the sole discretion of Neon Carrot Productions.
